Rental Information
Production Cost
Our rental fee includes access to the studio and all of our A/V equipment, plus you will have our in-house A/V engineer there to assist you set everything up, guide you through the recording process, and help you manage your media. Our engineer is an experienced TV and film producer and can help you in every aspect of your podcast production.
- Record straight to the SD cards provided in the cameras and audio recorder, then transfer the media to your computer for post-production editing.
- Live edit utilizing our Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO HDMI Live Stream Switcher. *This technology is best utilized for podcasters who are on a deadline and need to get their content published immediately.

Yes! Podcasts can be a great way to preserve memories and to bond with your friends and family. Email us and we will come up with a way to help tell your story.
You will need a half hour before and after we start recording to get the studio setup for your needs and to transfer media and to you. If you want to record an hour-long podcast, plan to rent the studio for two hours (half hour on each side).
We should have everything you will need to create a professional podcast. If you’d like to bring your GoPros or other cameras to film behind the scenes footage, you are welcome to. If you have other specific needs, we are happy to help you facilitate. Please email us to discuss.
Bring your personal computer so we can transfer all of your recorded media to you. We recommend you bring an external hard drive to back up your media as well.
Yes, we have a basic agreement we require everyone to sign, and it is designed to protect our studio, but most importantly you!
We require 24-hours notice to receive a full refund of your deposit.
We know accidents and technical difficulties happen! We are happy to keep your media backed up for 48 hours.
Alcohol is prohibited inside of the podcast studio.
